What You Can’t Ship Internationally from the United States
To ensure safe and legal deliveries, Uhutex strictly follows international shipping regulations. Certain products are either prohibited due to legal restrictions or restricted because they pose safety risks during transport. Understanding these rules can help you avoid delays, extra costs, or confiscated packages.

Additionally, this list is general and may not include specific products that cannot be imported into your particular country. Be sure to check with your local Customs office as well as our country-specific pages (Prohibited Items section) for additional items that may be restricted.
- CBD products are restricted for import in the Philippines.
- We are not responsible for misdeliveries on electronics exactly on iWatches.
- All items containing used batteries, liquids and tobacco products are restricted from the U.K. warehouse for shipping.
- Essential oils and all items containing batteries are restricted for Direct shipping type.
- Please contact your local office before ordering expensive items (over $2500).

What Happens If You Ship a Restricted Item?
We inspect each and every package that arrives at the Uhutex warehouse. If we determine that one of your items is restricted and cannot be legally or safely ship, you will receive an email notification from us stating the general reason for restriction.
If a restricted item is received at a Uhutex warehouse, here are your options:
- Return to Merchant – We’ll send it back to the seller (shipping costs apply).
- Forward Within the U.S. – We can ship it to another domestic address (excluding forwarding services).
- Dispose – Authorize Uhutex to discard the item responsibly.
- Law Enforcement – Illegal items (e.g., drugs) will be reported to authorities.
